Barangay Tanong, Marikina City - Adelaida Rabino, who has recovered from a serious illness, was able to expand her shoe-making business through DSWD-SLP. More than the seed capital provided by the program, Rabino was also able to establish institutional market which led to the employment of more SLP program participants to her booming enterprise.
